1. Booking and Confirmation - Individual Travel:
- All bookings are contingent upon availability and confirmation by Sapiens Travel DMC, ensuring that your preferred dates and accommodations are secured.
- To formalize your reservation, a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 20% of the total tour cost is required. This amount may depend on the trip, and will be prompty informed by email and in the proposal if differs from this. The final payment is due 60 days prior to the commencement of the tour, thereby allowing you to focus solely on the excitement of your upcoming journey.
- Specific companies and organization may be entitled to different paying methods, agreed mutually through a direct individual contract between both parts.
2. Virtuoso Amenities:
Virtuoso bookings in the Netherlands are entitled to the following benefits as follows:
- Complimentary One-Way Transfer in Amsterdam between airport (or train station) and Hotel, based on a minimum of three full-day tours.
- Complimentary Round-Trip Transfers in Amsterdam between airport (or train station) and Hotel, based on a minimum of three full-day tours.
- Personalized Welcome Gift, offered on behalf of the travel agency.
The amenities above are subjected to the following conditions:
- Private Transfers will be provided in a Mercedes S-Class (for 2 pax) or Mercedes V-Class (for 2 to 5 pax).
